If anybody ever called our number, it would be picked up within a few rings with a friendly voice answering, “Hello How can I Help.” From 09:00am to 06:00pm GMT, during these hrs we will always pick up a call.
no voice mail system; no routing to different departments. We treated our customers like our best friends. You wouldn't route your best friend’s call to an automated system!
